IN THE LATEST Phagan Family Newsletter, just released, you’ll learn about the Georgia State Board of Pardons and Paroles denying the family of the victim the right to see the non-public files related to the case of the murder of Mary Phagan by Leo Frank.
Why are these files considered state secrets — even from the murder victim’s family? The Phagan family is not even permitted to know how many secret documents exist or what type of material is contained in them. And this case is well over 100 years old!
